Knowledge of drainage design, roadside safety, traffic control, NJDOT/NJDEP Permitting, NJDOT and AASHTO Standards required. Must be proficient with AutoCAD and Land Desktop Applications. BSCE with 5-10 years experience, NJPE preferred.
