Projects include Traffic Modeling/Planning, Traffic Impact Assessments, Signal Design, etc. Knowledge of NJDOT, TRB and ITE Standards required. Must have proficiency with HCS, Synchro, SimTraffic, and AutoCAD/Microstation. BSCE, NJPE and 2 years experience in charge of projects required.
