Birdsall Services Group (BSG), is pleased to announce a rebranding initiative that reflects its continued growth and integrated delivery of services as one unified company—Birdsall Services Group. All new business being conducted by the firm moving forward will be done under the Birdsall Services Group name.

BSG’s long history began in 1919 with the incorporation of the founding of the firm by Claude W. Birdsall. Over the past several years, BSG has diversified its services and markets through successful acquisitions of LGA Engineering, Inc. (Land Development) in 1996, DiStasio & Van Buren, Inc. (Structural) in 1999, Morris, Johnson & Associates, Inc. (Mechanical/Electrical/IT) in 2002, and PMK Group, Inc. (Environmental, Geotechnical, & Energy) in 2008. Following the acquisition of certain assets of CMX, Inc. and CMX NY, Inc. in March 2010, BSG began the process of consolidating all of the independent business units to form one cohesive company in order to streamline their operations and the delivery of services to their clients.

In announcing the rebranding initiative, Howard Birdsall, Chief Executive Officer of BSG said, “As our clients’ trusted advisor, we felt it important to represent ourselves under one name while also providing our valued employees with a consistent message of core values and commitment to our clients”.
