Frank A. Miskovich, PE, CME Joins Birdsall Engineering as VP of Traffic & Highway Engineering - March 13, 2008

Miskovich, P.E., C.M.E. has joined  Birdsall Engineering, Inc. as Vice President of Traffic & Highway Engineering.  Birdsall Engineering, Inc., a public engineering and consulting firm located in Eatontown, NJ is a member of the BSG family of companies. 

Mr. Miskovich has over 30 years of engineering experience in the planning and design of traffic and highway improvements.  His expertise include traffic impact, parking and highway alignment studies; design of traffic signal systems; preparation of transportation feasibility studies and concept plans; development of contract documents for road and highway improvements; conducting municipal engineering reviews and making presentations before local and county planning and zoning boards.
