Cedar Crest Village Retirement Community

Cedar Crest Village Retirement Community is a $340 million residential retirement campus located in Pequannock, NJ. The campus consists of three 2-story community buildings that house performance auditoriums, classrooms, TV studios, swimming pools and various retail stores; 12 residential buildings containing between 102 and 147 living units that range from 117,000 to 147,000 square feet each; and a chapel, parking structures and extended care facility.

Birdsall Services Group's (BSG) role in this project was the design of all building systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, emergency call, facility management control, telephone, pbx, fiber optic, CATV, CCTV, security, Audio/Video, HVAC, domestic water, sanitary, sprinkler and gas distribution for the entire campus and all associated buildings with the exception of the extended care facility. Our firm has completed two of the planned four neighborhoods with total completion scheduled by 2007.
