This project involved a parking facility with an adjoining office building at Tiffany's Parsippany campus.

The 4-story precast parking garage accommodated 550 cars with a glass enclosed elevator lobby offering direct connection to the office space. The office facility is a 3-story, steel framed structure totaling approximately 100,000 square feet.
