Smart Growth Planning Build-Out Analysis

The scope of this build-out analysis was an examination of the existing conditions in Holmdel Township, NJ, with respect to development and current zoning. The report explored the concept of "Smart Growth" and how it related to the project. An examination of Holmdel's demographics, zoning, zoning master plan, the present status of its general plan, and residential growth rate was addressed. The report contained results of the analysis illustrating the development potential of Holmdel Township that currently exists, and how Holmdel can use the data to incorporate Smart Growth strategies into their future planning efforts.
