LGA was the site civil design firm chosen to work closely with the golf course architectural firm Kite Cupp Golf Design to develop an 18-hole championship caliber golf course over a remediated brownsfield site in Jersey City, NJ. In addition, LGA worked with the development team to obtain NJ Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) waterfront development, NJDEP water extension, planning board and soil erosion permits.
LGA created site plans for construction of the golf course accessory buildings, including the irrigation pump station, maintenance facility, training facility and snack shop. LGA also worked with the building architects to obtain public utility services for the various buildings.
