LGA provided a full range of site development services for the expansion to Muhlenberg's existing medical facility in Plainfield, NJ. The proposed redevelopment will ultimately provide a new 42,000 square foot School of Nursing, Medical Imaging & Therapeutic Sciences; a new parking area with approximately 190 spaces; and a redesigned truck delivery area that will allow on-site turnarounds.

The site design was staged in a fashion that satisfied the need to fully construct and open the new building while ensuring that the existing facility could operate unhindered.

Our services included topographic surveys, site layout, and utility and grading design at the facility, as well as project management to ensure precise coordination between the architect and the owner.
