The Survey Department within LGA Engineering, Inc. continues to invest in the latest developments in Global Positioning Systems (GPS) technology. This includes receivers, firmware/software upgrades, and personnel training as part of our commitment to providing quality services at competitive rates.
RTK (Real Time Kinematic) Surveying is now a routine, everyday occurrence and the preferred method for performing a variety of survey functions, including construction layout, topographic and as-built surveys, wetland locations, photo control and hydrographic surveys.
In addition to RTK, LGA has completed numerous survey projects utilizing differential rapid static GPS. This enables LGA's field surveyors to complete projects in less time with fewer personnel, thereby reducing project costs to the client. From wetland locations to control networks, LGA's GPS survey crews use the latest technology to achieve the highest quality product-on schedule and within budget.
