To complement our comprehensive Marine Services Division, LGA Engineering, Inc. (LGA) offers Underwater Operations as part of our service portfolio. Our cross-trained staff of diver-professionals includes registered professional engineers, surveyors and environmental scientists.
We take pride in the fact that our dive team engineers observe the underwater conditions of each project. The information collected is interpreted by our staff of professionals to yield beneficial designs and meaningful results.
Safety is a paramount concern. Therefore, all of our dive teams are supervised by engineer-divers with extensive experience in commercial hard hat diving. We operate according to a customizable dive manual that is compliant with the US Navy, US Army Corps of Engineers, US Coast Guard and OSHA regulations. In order to maintain their certifications, our divers are continuously trained and subject to annual physical examinations.
